We hired Pieter as part of our Managed Platform Engineering offer to be part of the core Engineering team for developing our software Solution. Pieter brought a wealth of knowledge to our team which enabled him to add value to the team within a short time. This is a remarkable achievement given the complexity of our environment. He has developed himself to become a lead-engineer within our team. He excels in focused tasks where he is able to build efficient and beautiful solutions with the minimal amount of complexity necessary. He is willing and able to challenge assumptions, which is an important trait.

Met zijn goede dosis humor, is hij mijn inziens, welkom op iedere plek waar een ervaren PHP developer nodig is.
Ik hoop in de toekomst nog eens de mogelijkheid te hebben om samen met hem te kunnen werken. Zeer geslaagd!
Pieter heeft in het project laten zien dat hij zeer analytisch te werk gaat en vraagstukken abstract benadert. Dat maakt hem een zeer goede en betrouwbare ontwikkelaar.
Ik vond het heel plezierig om met Pieter samen te werken. Vanwege zijn scherpe technische kennis (zeer up-to-date), maar ook vanwege zijn humor en de natuurlijke, prettige manier van omgaan met collega’s.
Pieter is een betrouwbare PHP ontwikkelaar die zich niet gek laat maken en gaat voor het resultaat. Bij BuZa was hij belast met het ombouwen van een aantal applicaties naar PHP (LAMP).
Voorbeeld van zijn betrouwbaarheid en resultaatgerichtheid is dat na werktijd, tijdens de livegang van één van de omgebouwde applicaties (van vitaal belang voor BuZa) bleek dat die niet optimaal functioneerde (ondanks extensieve testen), we de hele nacht zijn doorgegaan met aanpassingen. Toen ’s ochtends de eerste gebruikers aanlogden werkte de applicatie naar behoren. Uiteindelijk is Pieter 36 uur in touw geweest om dit resultaat neer te zetten. Chapeau.
In de tijd dat ik met Pieter heb samengewerkt heb ik hem leren kennen als een rustige, hardwerkende collega.
Iemand met veel kennis van zijn vakgebied. Toen het er in het project echt op aan kwam bleek hij een echte teamspeler die pas naar huis ging toen het werk gedaan was.
Ik vind hem betrouwbaar en prettig in de omgang.
